Description
Vitamin Supplement
A vitamin premix which provides a combination of vitamins that increase vigour in males and females during the breeding period.
COMPOSITION:
Vitamin A 5,000 IU
Vitamin D3 800 IU
Vitamin E (a-tocoferol) 2.50 mg
Excipient q.s. 1 ml.
PROPERTIES:
One of the most important actions of vitamin E is the effect on the gonads and the adenohypophysis. Vitamin E deficiency causes: a degeneration of spermatozoids, a decrease in the sexual instinct, impossibility to incubate eggs and muscular dystrophy. Vitamin A enhances fertility and vitamin D3 regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.
INDICATIONS:
It is recommended to prepare breeding birds both before and during the reproductive period to prevent or correct deficient states caused by a deficiency of vitamins A, D3 and E, especially those related to reproductive disorders.
TARGET SPECIES: Canaries and ornamental birds in general.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
TABERNIL AD3E should be added to drinking water in the following amounts: 4 ml/litre, which is equivalent to 4 drops/40 ml of water.
Administer 20 days before mating and continue until egg laying, in cycles of 5 days of treatment and 10 days without treatment.
Prepare treated water daily.
Commercial presentation: 20 ml and 100 ml bottles.
