Nano Infrared Heat Lamp - 25 Watt

Description

The Zoo Med Nano Infrared Spot is a small infrared heat lamp . The special filament produces infrared heat waves invisible to the human eye (IR-A). The infrared heat rays penetrate deeper into the skin and thus increase the body temperature .  

In addition to heat , these infrared heat lamps also give visible red light (1500 Kelvin), making night or twilight active animals more visible.
The red light is hardly or hardly perceived by most animals and is therefore a perfect 24-hour heat source .

Due to the narrow light beam (spot - 40 degrees), the lamp can be aimed in such a way as to create a heat spot in a specific place . The animals can then increase their body temperature under the heat lamp by warming up.

The heat lamp is ideal for reptiles and other terrarium inhabitants .

The lamps are equipped with a standard E27 connection and are therefore easy to install. In addition to the application in a fitting, there are also various nano luminaires available especially for the terrarium.

To create a natural light, we recommend combining this Zoo Med Nano Infrared Spot with a UVB lamp or a daylight lamp.
